Counselling & psychotherapy
Counselling and psychotherapy can be life changing.
Many people come into therapy hoping to find themselves again. They feel disconnected, as though life or anxiety has pulled them off course. Therapy can be a space to explore that feeling and begin to move forward with more freedom and clarity.
My two main areas of focus are anxiety; whether ongoing or more intense, and outdoor psychotherapy.
I have over eleven years of experience helping people who want relief from anxiety symptoms or need to process difficult or traumatic experiences. Much of my work has been in a women’s health centre, and I’ve also spent years offering therapy outdoors through an ecotherapeutic approach.
Some of the issues I work with include:
- Relief from anxiety symptoms
- Infertility
- Recovery from childhood trauma
- Disordered eating
- Difficulties in parental relationships
- Grief and loss
- Parenting challenges
- Life transitions
- Processing sexual trauma

Your distress is not caused by what you think or feel, but how you react to it. Seif & Winston
In addition to weekly sessions, I also offer Intensive Single Session Therapy (ISST). These 90-minute sessions are ideal if you want to focus on a specific issue without committing to ongoing therapy.
You might be looking for practical strategies, clarity, or a new perspective. These focused sessions give you space to reflect, reset, and take clear steps forward.
Many people use ISST to work through immediate challenges such as parenting struggles, work stress, relationship difficulties, or big life changes. It’s a powerful way to receive support when you need it most, all within one extended session.diate issues that they are currently experiencing, such as parenting issues, work difficulties, relational difficulties, life transitions to name just a few.
Sessions are charged at £75 for 50 minutes
Intensive Single Session Therapy are charged at £150 for 90 minutes
