I create a professional therapeutic relationship that is both supportive and empowering, with a strong emphasis on safety and respect. I recognize that starting therapy can be daunting especially if you have previously experienced difficulties in relationships, but I also recognise that it can also be a time where hope is born. My clients say that I am able to ‘get them’ and that I am willing to really hear their experiences with compassion, coupled with the ability to gently challenge, when it maybe required.
In our work together, we will explore and address negative self-beliefs and work on healing your inner child. I offer online and sessions to adults across the UK and in person sessions working from an office in Gosforth Newcastle Upon Tyne. I provide flexibility and accessibility to support you wherever you are in your journey.

My approach often includes creative techniques, such as nature metaphors and embodied practices (which is essentially working with you to increase your mind/body connection), to help you gain new insights and perspectives. I value the use of simple, clear language to ensure that our work together is easily understood and impactful.
