About Me

Hello, I’m Kate Bull. I’m someone who finds joy in the simple things—whether it’s a quiet walk in nature, a cup of tea, or the turning of the seasons. I believe in living slowly and mindfully, taking time to appreciate life’s small moments. Nature is my greatest teacher, and I find peace in its rhythms, which guide both my personal and professional life.

I’m also a quiet extrovert who thrives in meaningful conversations. I love deep connections with others, whether it’s through my work or with my close-knit group of friends and family. I’ve always been drawn to the complexity of human relationships, especially the connections we have with ourselves, our past, and the people who shape us.

When I’m not in therapy sessions, you’ll probably find me outdoors—hiking, foraging, or simply sitting quietly, reflecting on life. I’m deeply connected to the changing seasons and celebrate these moments through ceremonies and small rituals that remind me to stay grounded. I believe in walking gently through life, honouring both the highs and the lows, and always looking for ways to grow.

I’m here to share a space where we can explore the richness of life, both the joy and the challenges, with a sense of warmth, humour, and a genuine appreciation for the journey we’re all on
